BAD EXPERIENCE

Back around 11/6 or 7th I place 3 orders 1 with Marks Comics and 2 with Infinity Comics. I have yet to receive the items as its been about 2 weeks now. i have been in contact with both and still cannot get a clear date as to when these will be sent. Both have pretty much same excuse. Changing to new shop thing are delayed but we will priortize your delivery. That was last week still no definate tracking as the tracking shows waiting on package meaning both mark and infinity has not gotten comic to the PO.I reached out letting both companies know my disappointment and all i get is the same email stating same thing looking into it, sorry we moved facilities, your items are a priority but still no update to shipping. If this is the experience with Hipcomics then ill go back to ebay at least i know they appreciate and work to make things right with customer expierncing delays and shipping issue. Neither Mark or Infinity has offered or attempted to make this right. but what can i do but sit and wait and wait and wait. hoping this comes before christmas
