I'm posting to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with the database or recent updates, or if I might be doing something wrong with my scans.It seems like several of my issues are not being recognized when I scan them, which suggests they might not be updated in the system.For example, when I try to scan:• DC KO #1• Batman/Deadpool #1...they are not being recognized.I've also run into the same problem with a few variants of Absolute Batman and Absolute Superman editions.I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong on my end, so I'd appreciate any advice, troubleshooting tips, or confirmation if these issues are known to be missing from the database.Thanks in advance for your help!

There is something all kinds of wrong with this site/app. I have scanned over 5000 comics to my collection and despite this every time I open the app it tells me to scan my first comic. Not only that but comics that have been out for ages return with an unrecognized screen but i can search them in the Price Guide tab and find them listed but can'tadd them to my collection. And my Green Lantern/Green Arrow Whitman comics no longer appear as Whitman editions but regular GL/GA comics and Superboy and the Legion Whitman comics all return unrecognized. Images are not available for Newsstand, DC UNIVERSE and other variant covers. Very sloppy.

There are far too many images that are not recognized upon using the scan functionality. Sometimes as many as 2 of every 10 comics I am adding to my collection (sometimes more, even). More often than not, I can find the comics in the price guide. I have waited for the image recognition to kick in on its own, but this is not happening. Once I’ve catalogued and boxed the unrecognized comic, it is too onerous to pull it out at a later date rescan it and see if it can be successfully added. Simple solution: allow the user community to manually associate the unrecognized comic book via looking it up in the price guide. I am surprised this has not been done already.

So not sure if anyone else has this issue. I use Android phones and have been on hip comic for quite some time, since the newest update I can no longer access the features at the bottom of the screen, they have made them too small and the buttons on my phone for going back, minimizing, and flipping through open apps, completely covers. Very poor design and now renders any use of Hip Comic obsolete.

There should be section on the info page of a comic with the variants that you own, like little pictures or something.Also no variants of new releases have been uploaded for months

Viewing items in a store on the desktop has changed for the worse. Please have an option to view items the old way. Half the screen is useless to me (home etc. on the left, categories on the right). Only 48 items are now viewable per page and they are in a straight line down making browsing completely obnoxious. Please have an option of (at least) 96 items per page, at least four across and have the sidebars collapsible for people who don’t use them.

<h1 style="text-align: start">Ok, this is like the 10th time I've watched an item only to get locked out of bidding for some "address" related issue. Why is this happening and it makes no sense whatsoever. I am logged in, and my address appears on record per normal. This is extremely annoying.</h1>

Auction Bidding Issues regarding Addresses

I have calculated shipping for my items. The amount is usually around $8.50 per single item. When I go my store, the shipping amount is showing $17.00. I assume it’s a setting somewhere, but I can’t find it. The $17.00 is going to scare off potential buyers. Please help

trying this for the first time n having problems. i’ve created an account n taken the picture of the book n pressed the green checkmark n then it goes the next screen where it getting the scan but it just keeps buffering on n on. what is going on? i tried to retake the picture but it does the same thing.

Instead of going through and individually removing every comic I had, I made the mistake of deleting my account. Now after I added my comics I'm not getting the option to sell my comics to Hipcomic. Also it shows me as a member since 2023 and has my old picture on the profile. I'm not sure how that could be possible either. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
