Seller has not sent tracking information. I contacted seller requesting information on when I will receive the item.

Anyone having issues scanning comics into your collection?

When I press the shutter button nothing happens. I took photos of the comics and used the gallery button on the left. It worked for one comic. I couldn't find anything in the settings.

Database updates?

I was just wondering how often the database for new comics gets updated. I have scanned a few books that have come out over the last couple of months and it has no matches for some, so just wondering. It keeps thinking my Queen in black books are from the King in black series from 2 years ago….

Nightwing

I'm scanning Nightwing(1997) and though the prices appear on the page for the actual issue they do not appear on the list page.

The Daring New Adventures of Supergirl

Once again it makes total sense that a series that is over 40 years old is not in your database. The entire run of (The Daring New Adventures of) Supergirl from 1982-1984 is not in your database. Shocking I know but true.

John Byrne's 2112 and Next Men

WOW. Just WOW. That's all I can say about just how jacked up your 2112 and Next Men listing are. My 2112 is not a third print. Nowhere in it does it say third print. Lone Star Comics - mycomicshop .com - shows it's first print. Next Men 0 doesn't appear to be in your database - nor does 15. Next Men 1 returns completely erroneous books BUT I do get the proper NM 1 when I scan 15 - along with a few other options on different scannings. What is going on with you guys? Sometimes I REALLY have to wonder. On a different note I'll bet you still haven't correct your Green Lantern Whitman edition listings after two and a half years. Why am I surprised? Pics added.

When viewing collection on app, bottom hub bar stops from being able to move forward or backwards pages.

Looney Tunes Happy Meal

I am both amazed and disappointed. Looney Tunes Happy Meal comics were in your database - all but one. Talk about a head scratcher. The fact that three of the four were recognized - which I did not expect - Daffy, Petunia and Taz all popped up but not the Bugs Bunny!?

Lone Ranger 25

Why isn't Lone Ranger 25 from Dynamite in you database? Every other issue is but not 25. Is it the black cover? I have noticed that similarly all black covers are not recognized either - Batman 515 specifically I could never get to recognize.

So I can like other collectors comics but I CAN’T COMMUNICATE WITH THEM? Still operating at 50%, so hip.

Batman/Deadpool

Once again I find it extremely stupid that Deadpool/Batman is a book recognized in your database but Batman/Deadpool is not. Make that make sense.

Batman / Superman 2013

How is it that this entire series is not recognized in your database? The Annuals? They're recognized. However every single issue - regular or variant - are not. A series from over a decade ago is not in your database. I know I shouldn't be surprised as this isn't the only instance on record but for some reason I am.

Before the layout change there was a spot on the home page for Likes where you could see how many comics you'd added to your collection that other people liked - you couldn't click on it and see which issues had been liked but you could see the number. You should add a clickable link for Likes that would take you to a page with all of your liked comics on it. I don't know what good it would do other than ease your curiosity about which comics had been liked without having to go one-by-one, page-by-page to see which books were liked.

I submitted a comic for valuation and the copy that appeared was the same but the comic price was different.

Sell Collection button not working

I’ve hit the Sell Collection button twice and it just brings me to a blank screen.

Recently updated section pulls up images from older books when trying to add current books. The image shows something different when the image is uploaded.

Option to export collection?

Is there an option to export a CSV of my collection? I've searched the menus but I have not found one

Cannot scroll to the bottom of the screen... still

The app will not scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen. Cannot reach the next page. Cannot discard from collection. It's making the app almost useless… Using a Galaxy S23
