How is it that I scanned Justice Society of America #1 four times and received the same book all four times that isn't even close to resembling the book I scanned? These are CLEARLY not the same issue but according to you they are.

Can you guys figure out a way for collectors to catalog something that you don't have, I have absolute Batman 21 the foil variation and I can't catalog it because you guys don't have it so how do we do that?

Scan & Value loading button
I am using a Samsung phone and the button/green check mark is way too small and it is too close to the virtual back button on most android phones. Please move the green check mark button a bit higher and make it bigger.

You seriously need to do something about fixing your app. While trying to scan my Green Lantern 80th anniversary Neal Adams cover it continually comes back as either Green Lantern #1 from 1941 or Green Lantern #100 from 1978. And that's not the only one. Justice League of America 80-Page Giant from 2009 always returns as JLA/Doom Patrol Special from 2018 - which seems to be the default comic for any JLA issue as it popped up for one or two other JLA books too. As much as I enjoy the app it is really lacking quite a bit.

The waiting is the hardest part
It gets super tedious waiting on the app to respond. From scanning a comic and hitting the ✔️ - repeatedly most of the time - to waiting for issue information to populate - if there is any issue information. The slow lackadaisical response from the app makes the wait time unbearable.

Issue viewing my collection
When I select “view my collection” it does take me to my collection page. But, the menu of options at the bottom of the screen appears overtop the page number buttons and the “next page” button. It is almost as if the app will not let me scroll far enough to see the page options.

I can't tell you how many times now I've been in the middle of bidding wars with multiple issues ending within seconds of each other just to have the app stop responding, causing me to lose out on way too many comics I've wanted. This happens too often. Someone needs to fix your app.

Good Day: My Fantastic Four #200 CGC 8.5 entry was not recognized by your system. I had to enter it as a placeholder in order to register it. I entered Fantastic Four #200 raw 9.8 weeks ago with no issue. Please fix this issue.

scanning comic doesnt work
I just tried to add quite a few spawn comics to my collection ,no matter what i did the app will not recognize them ,tried uninstalling ,tried the website , tried entering credentials manually and even searching for the comic within the database and most of them are in here under other members accounts . why doesnt the camera work right now?and what can we do to fix this
