90s speculatir boom comics still arent worth anything folks...

Where do some of these prices come from? I see a ton of dollar bin, over-printed comics from the 90s marked at $10+. Dont get me wrong, I would be as thrilled as the next guy who owns 100 copies of Deathblow #2, but they arent worth zilch and only move at under a buck if that.
