ACCOUNT SUSPENDED...PLEASE HELP!

I tried to login to my account the other day, but could not as it is suspended.  I tried to log in just now and it seems my account is gone. It appears it is suspended due to the non-payment of some sort of charge; however, I have never bought anything or tried to buy anything on Hipcomic, nor have I received anything without paying.  I never did anything like this and have no idea why would owe any money.  Please correct my account and restore my account.  I've posted and emailed and did FB message and have gotten no response. Please help!! Thanks.
