Camera Issues

The app won't open my camera despite me changing the permissions repeatedly. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the camera issue but nothing is working. Uninstall and reinstall, change out permissions within the app, force stop every time I use it, etc…. Nothing is helping.

On top of that, once I try to use it, I can't use my camera for anything else unless I force stop HipComic. Getting very tired of fighting this app.
