Can't get back to my original account.

Bugs

I had over 4000 books in my collection and it randomly asked me to sign in. I accidentally signed in with a different email and now I can't sign out of the new account and get my old one back. The email account I'm sending this from is the one I need to get back. Please advise.

      Yes I am in the app when trying to sign out. I hit sign out and it brings me to the password/save settings screen.

        May I confirm if the Sign Out button you tap is the bottom button on this menu?

          Yes that is the button I'm using.

    Try it on the site itself if you are using the app … I am having an issue that is a little similar. Still waiting on a response or resolution
