Help! My Account is Suspended for a Charge I did not request!

Can someone help me? My account is suspended saying I did not pay some sort of fee; however, I have never bought anything or tried to buy anything on Hipcomic, nor have I received anything without paying.  I never did anything like this and have no idea why would owe any money.  Can someone help? I emailed three HipComic email addresses and left a voicemail with no response. Please correct my account and restore my account.  Thanks.
