I believe you guys need to take a look at price guide for Uncanny X-Men (Pressman Gold) #297 (1993). You have the Gold edition priced exactly as the direct. I think if you do some research on this you will find otherwise. I have an absolute mint copy id like to sell but it doesn't help when your guide is severely under value the book.
