scanning comic doesnt work

I just tried to add quite a few spawn comics to my collection ,no matter what i did the app will not recognize them ,tried uninstalling ,tried the website , tried entering credentials manually and even searching for the comic within the database and most of them are in here under other members accounts . why doesnt the camera work right now?and what can we do to fix this
