Support sucks

I have requested support for an item purchased but not delivered. It should be easier, but its not. I have inserted multiple numbers but none are correct. Further, the item is gone from my account.

I got a dumber and more confusing email that was no help. The item is only .99 cents.

Further I got a second chance action offer but the accept button is dead.

Do you guys want my money?

I just want the book I bought and the one ypu offered. If that doesnt work please refund.
