Unable to download

I have been able to download three boxes worth of comics to my collection without issue and now all of a sudden.It will not download any additional. It will not download any additional or it takes literally half an

Hour for one. How do I resolve this issue?

    Good morning, again it worked fine for half of the collection. I scan a picture of the cover but then it either takes a very long time 20-30 minutes to accept or it doesn’t do anything and the picture doesn’t load. I have not gotten any error messages.
