I tried this app and when I got done scanning only half my.collection was there and then layer o could even use the app. No collection no more scanning nothing. Very frustrating

It’s possible you may have logged in with a different social account, which can cause your collection to appear empty. If you send us the email or social login you used at support@hipcomic.com, we’ll gladly take a closer look and help recover your collection.
